Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the refractory and oil & gas materials sectors in Mexico and surrounding regions.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance our company's presence in existing markets within Mexico and Latin America.
- Export Sales: Oversee the entire export sales process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote refractory and oil & gas materials in target markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in export marketing/international sales, preferably in the refractory or oil & gas market materials or mineral industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade and export processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
