At L'Oréal, we are committed to delivering exceptional beauty experiences to our customers. As a Commercial Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area to achieve sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  • Identify potential for commercial development of existing customers and develop their loyalty.
  • Develop new business relationships with prospects within the industry.
  • Organize the routing programme, manage administrative data and information.
  • Help customers develop their own business through sales, merchandising, technical assistance, coaching, training, and team motivation.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on points of sale and control the quality of the provision of the sales event service.

Requirements:

  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in the pharma/beauty categories.
  • In-depth knowledge of sell in/sell out analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of travel retail dynamics, environment, and competitors, markets trends, and consumers.
  • Good financial sense and understanding of the industry.
  • Willing to learn, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
