**Job Title:** Logistics Implementation Specialist

As a Logistics Implementation Specialist, you will work with global customers and stakeholders to roll out and support Cargobase TMS, ensuring efficient transportation management that meets business requirements. You should be passionate about working with new technologies and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with Cargobase and customer stakeholders to resolve solution issues.

Conduct design workshops to understand customers' complex global Supply Chain processes.

Develop clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation.

Perform fit gap analysis between Cargobase cloud product functionality and client requirements.

Capture and share best practice knowledge among Cargobase Professional Services community.

**Requirements:**

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles.

Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics industry best practices.

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and/or other ERP systems.

Bachelor's degree in technical or business field; Master's degree a plus.

Ability to produce professional quality documentation.

Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model.

Supply chain certification is a plus.
