Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist, Global Trade to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for implementing our ONESOURCE Global Trade solutions for multiple organizations and companies worldwide.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Design and Configure our solutions to meet the needs of our clients, working closely with them to translate their business processes into our systems.
- Test and Train our solutions, preparing and executing test scripts and training key users on our system.
- Deploy and Support our solutions, assisting clients in production and transitioning to support.
- Engage with Internal Teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, collaborating with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and other teams.
- Participate in Projects in the US and globally, working on multiple projects concurrently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Higher Education Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, International Business, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English Language Skills.
- Basic Knowledge of SQL and XML.
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Mapping.
- Ability to Work on Multiple Projects Concurrently.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to Travel, as Needed.
- Strong Customer-Facing Experience and Skills.
- Strong Desire to Learn and Self-Motivation.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Work Under Tight Deadlines.
- Professional and Cooperative Attitude.
- Self-Starter with Ability to Work Independently and on a Team.
Desirable Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3+ Years of Relative Work Experience.
- Exposure to Areas Related to Our Global Trade Solution.
- Experience with Solutions for Global Trade.
- Experience Implementing Enterprise Software.
- Experience with ERP Systems.
- Experience Creating and Executing Test Cases and Test Scripts.
