Team Collaboration
You will collaborate closely with leaders from manufacturing operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Production, EHS, Engineering, Production Control, Materials, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute a robust predictive and preventive maintenance strategy. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring the maintenance team adheres to best safety practices and proactively identifies and mitigates work hazards before tasks commence. Oversee all maintenance activities related to mechanical and electrical systems, control and robotic systems, power distribution, and facility management. Cultivate a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and timely resolution of issues that arise during operations. Guide and develop your direct reports, focusing on accountability for results, innovative thinking, and economic decision-making aligned with the company's risk management strategy. Identify performance deficiencies and create improvement plans to enhance team skills and capabilities. Ensure team members acquire the necessary skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to challenges encountered in their roles. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and execute work orders that maintain asset reliability and performance. Make cost-effective decisions to address site priorities.Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising a technical team within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience in financial analysis related to operational costs. Proficient knowledge of equipment maintenance, planning and scheduling, mechanical and electrical upkeep, and plant/project engineering. Experience in establishing and managing a Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program and tracking its effectiveness. Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., RED X, QRQC, Six Sigma). Strong management capabilities. Excellent communication skills to inspire and collaborate with diverse organizational areas.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency; fluency is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience leading teams using Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g., RED X, 8D, QRQC). Prior experience in manufacturing, particularly in injection molding and plating. Experience in project management, including building expansions and machinery installations.#LI-DP2
