About the Role

Littelfuse S de RL de CV is a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, serving over 100,000 end customers across various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution between receiving, shipping, traffic, import/export, maintenance, and administrative activities.
  2. Process Optimization: Influence other functional areas to maximize efficiencies and ensure a smooth and timely flow of goods, products, and services.
  3. Warehouse Operations: Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and ensuring adherence to safety rules and regulations.
  4. Leadership Development: Manage the day-to-day efficient execution of goals, including training, motivating staff, and handling disciplinary procedures.
  5. Traffic Management: Provide leadership to the Traffic functions, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring all documentation and functions are completed accurately and on time.
  6. Supply Chain Management: Ensure proper management of different products and coordinate materials delivery according to customer and business unit requirements to prevent delays and damages.
  7. Resource Management: Ensure that available resources are properly managed and verify that each shipment is on time for different regions.
  8. Quality Control: Monitor and assess customer requirements to prevent defective products.
  9. Financial Management: Review, monitor, and approve warehouse costs and expenses, and assist in budget preparation.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade Compliance.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in SAP, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
