Job Title: Instrumentation Supervisor

At Axalta Coating Systems, we are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for instrumentation systems.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical training to instrument operators.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage unionized personnel.
  • Implement recommendations and improvements.
  • Control documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, laboratory, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure certification of standards and protocols.
  • Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Implement projects to improve instrumentation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in instrumentation systems in industrial plants.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs.
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation equipment, including flow, temperature, and pressure measurement.
  • Experience managing unionized personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Advanced English language skills.
