Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. This key role will be responsible for defining position profiles, ensuring environmental, safety, and quality standards, and overseeing operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement position profiles for cells and work teams.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
  • Oversee operational personnel and manage operational controls.
  • Implement changes and prospect operating budgets.
  • Manage inventory and implement quality control measures.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Valid visa.
  • Advanced level of English.
