About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for creating recruitment strategies, supervising a team of talent attraction specialists, and maintaining communication with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring plans.

• Supervise and manage a team of talent attraction specialists.

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients regarding recruitment processes.

• Ensure compliance with departmental operational processes.

• Implement strategies to attract potential candidates.

• Analyze and monitor department metrics.

• Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations areas to follow up on talent attraction plans and strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Experience in recruiting 4.0.

• Experience in managing ATS recruiting systems.

• Supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of compensation and wages.

• Bilingual (English - Spanish).

• Professional career in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, or related field.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Availability to work on-site.
