We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Specialist to join our team in the NA region. As a key member of our global IT team, you will be responsible for configuring and enhancing SAP systems to support our business transformation project.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support SAP functionality in the business, primarily in PP and FI/CO
- Provide first- and second-level SAP support to the global IT team
- Participate in systems and integration design, analysis, and testing
- Collaborate with local and corporate SAP analysts to identify and resolve issues
- Work closely with local and corporate ABAP developers to identify reported system issues
- Aid in the development of business requirements specifications
- Provide solutions or communicate and route issues to other appropriate IT groups
- Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP PP is a must
- Experience working in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation projects
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP and overall SAP functional knowledge
- Deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP PP
- Understanding of integration with various SAP modules like MM, SD, QM, CO, PM, WM, and FI
- SAP MM Specialist skills to design and configure MM based on purchasing business processes
- Ability to write functional specs and work with technical teams on enhancements and user exits
- Experience preparing instruction manuals and training material for end-user training
- Experience in data migration, including preparing data migration templates and data extraction, cleansing, and uploading
- Experience working with global teams
- Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support
- Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting status reports
- Fluency in English
- Experience with global, large-scale ERP implementations
- Business and process knowledge
- Cross-functional knowledge in business domains
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Results-oriented with demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Up to 10% travel may be required (international)
