Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects in México. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of industrial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are aligned with project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in industrial construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
