We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement risk management plans.
- Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
