**Job Summary**

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our Sport Global Supply Chain Planning Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for network planning and inventory optimization in distribution from Primary to Market Hub.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions.
  • Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, drive possible gap-closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities.
  • Support business/scenario planning, inventory, and impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning).
  • Partner with manufacturing and production planning teams to drive volume and mix requirements.
  • Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels.
  • Support preparation of the master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing.
  • Provide weekly and daily production prioritization.
  • Create and maintain data integrity reports to ensure clean planning signals.
  • Resolve Account Payable Issues.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics is required.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) are preferred.
  • Demand, Supply, or Inventory Planning experience is preferred.
