Drive Global Mobility Management in Mexico

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Americas team in Mexico, where we are establishing a new Global Mobility Management office.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can guide internal and external stakeholders through the international assignment process. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee intricate matters related to immigration, taxes, social security, and local legislation.

Your responsibilities will encompass guiding long-term assignees and foreign local hires through the international assignment and hire process, ensuring compliance with global mobility principles and maintaining proactive communication throughout the assignment life-cycle.

The role requires 2+ years of international assignments knowledge, proficiency in English, and experience with MS Office Suite. Additionally, you should have good oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end international assignment journey, providing exceptional guidance and consulting services to internal and/or external assignees.
  • Assess the needs and options of international assignees and their accompanying family members, ensuring a seamless execution of the process.
  • Maintain regular communication with assignees and stakeholders, providing updates on compliance, regulatory procedures, and internal requirements.
  • Resolve disputes and develop strategies for solutions.
  • Ensure compliance in all international assignment matters, including Immigration, Tax, Social Security, and Corporate Tax.
  • Implement compliant procedures for international assignments, including Permanent Establishment avoidance models and individual tax triggers.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
