**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at our H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico Glassplant. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter orders accurately and in a timely manner, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
- Verify order information with the Customer Service Team as needed.
- Provide pre-notification of backorders and manage backorder inventory.
- Participate in daily huddle report outs and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct order checking and system maintenance, updates, and testing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet data entry goals, metrics, and standards.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience and an associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to accept constructive coaching and counseling.
- Self-motivated with a high level of self-accountability.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
