About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager Trainee with an interest in International Trade. As an Account Manager Trainee, you'll serve as a support role for the Account Manager to achieve client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellence in strategic administration tasks
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders
  • Solving customer claims to assure customer service in the following areas:
    • Quality Assurance: Supplier Management Audits, Compliance Audits
    • Quality Control Services: Product Inspections, Lab tests
    • Customs compliance services: Pre-Customs Clearance Inspection

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs
  • Managing account setup and services setup and follow-up in the system
  • Defining, following up, and confirming MD quotations and informing booking changes to customers
  • Supporting AMs during meetings with other members of the team
  • Performing random audits to reports sent by our team
  • Providing all relevant information to the Finance team to invoice services
  • Following up with customers for payment collection

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or a related field
  • Ability to communicate in writing and spoken in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • At least one year of working experience in operations/customer service (a plus)

Compensation

We offer a gross monthly salary of $12,500 MXN and a performance bonus reaching KPIs.
