About the Role

At Donaldson, we are committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, thorough, and satisfactory solutions to customers related to lead times, delivery dates, and other logistics topics.
  • Logistics Process Improvement: Propose and challenge logistic process evolutions to improve customer satisfaction, automate order entry, expediting, order processing, editing, follow-up, spare part processing, and/or shipping processes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage marketing demand forecast and backlog to determine optimum inventory levels and appropriate stocking programs.
  • Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the Manufacturing Floor to provide the production schedule and interface with Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting to develop, implement, and drive systems to facilitate Production Scheduling.
  • Business Growth Analysis: Coordinate and analyze business growth on products to balance the scheduling of new and existing products.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, supply chain.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or International Business.
  • Skills: Advanced English Level, experience with ORACLE system, knowledge of shipping and logistics, ability to manage and develop personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management and Negotiations: Experience in management and negotiations with external and internal customers.
  • Project Launch: Experience in launching new projects.
  • Billing Systems: Experience in managing billing systems.
