Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Mahle, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements. This involves guaranteeing the reliability and records of customer requirements in the SAP system. You will also be responsible for ensuring performance and delivery ratings with each client in accordance with Mahle's objectives. Additionally, you will supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives and report performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements
Guarantee reliability and records of customer requirements in SAP system
Ensure performance and delivery ratings with each client in accordance with Mahle's objectives
Supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives
Report performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in a related field
English fluency
SAP knowledge
Automotive experience (mandatory), at least 3 years with staff in charge
