Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. As a key member of our Customer Focus Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
- Coordinate internally with other teams to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork.
- Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
- Manage customer forecasts and releases to meet customer requirements by monitoring internal inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred. High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Preferred: Advanced Excel skills.
