Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing telematics activations for customers, including issue resolution and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record customer information/cases in CRM (customer relationship management database)
  • Supply feedback and technical aid to various customer inquiries and issues, including live customer demos, telemetry device/reporting troubleshooting, etc.
  • Support monthly reporting and customer adoption activities
  • Coordinate with intercompany departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Respond to sales inquiries and requests
  • Find, address, and escalate issues

Requirements:

  • Two years customer service or equivalent experience
  • Call Center experience an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College diploma an asset or experience with equipment deployed in construction or the trades
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 - proficiency in Excel is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP & Salesforce CRM experience
  • Ability to relate to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive, tactful manner
  • Ability to work in a high-volume customer support center within the established handle times and set performance metrics
