Key Responsibilities
  • Review and improve area policies and procedures to identify areas for enhancement
  • Perform and track quality control metrics to ensure compliance with standards
  • Provide training and feedback to the team to enhance the quality of processes
  • Collaborate with the management team to share quality assurance metrics and drive improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Unfinished Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1+ year of leadership support

  • Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve quality goals
