Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, improving maintenance performance, and managing operational maintenance teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work plans for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Request, receive, and supervise required materials for maintenance activities.
- Collect and maintain technical documentation to support maintenance activities.
- Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance techniques to improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze and define the best quantity of critical spare parts for key assets.
- Create procedural manuals for preventive tasks.
- Estimate costs of labor and spare parts for industrial equipment and facilities.
- Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.
- Perform root cause analysis of downtime and assign improvement tasks.
- Measure progress and record preventive work orders in the system.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of maintenance goals.
- Deploy the PM Pillar from TPM and act as a subleader.
- Accountable for RCA management.
- Lead 8S methodology to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar engineering field.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience as a maintenance supervisor (minimum 3 years).
- Electrical and PLC technician basics.
- Experience implementing Pillar from TPM.
- Knowledge of warehouse management process (desirable).
