**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Helps the team create high-value products by removing impediments and protecting the team from distractions and complacency.
  • Coaches the team in Scrum values and practices, including empiricism, self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
  • Finds techniques for effective backlog management and ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange and forecast the product backlog to maximize value.
  • Facilitates and/or attends Scrum events as needed and reinforces the team's agreed-upon rules, including the definition of ready and definition of done.
  • Leads team efforts in relentless improvement by helping team members take responsibility for their actions, facilitating team retrospectives, and teaching problem-solving techniques.
  • Ensures coordination between teams for integrations and causes change both inside and outside the team to maximize the value delivered by the team.
  • Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team and that the team understands and practices agility.

**Requirements**

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience (preferred)

**Functional Skills**

  • Knowledge and understanding of Servant Leadership
  • Ability to be a regular contributor to SM CoPs
  • Ability to coach and influence others
  • Ability to coach PO within team to develop their understanding of their role in developing the product and steering the team
  • Experience facilitating meetings and fostering collaboration across diverse groups of individuals
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master on more than one team with a proven record of success
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile values and principles
  • Knowledge and understanding of Scrum values, principles, and practices
  • Experience working in software development environments
  • Has basic knowledge of Dev-Ops and its benefits to Agility

**Compensation**

Compensation offered for this role is $0 - $1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.
