About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Platform Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the DevSecOps technology capability within a local region, contributing to our global capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an engineering team and client through upfront consulting and delivery engagements.
  • Build a team that delivers value sprint over sprint, becoming self-sufficient in your absence.
  • Engage in architecture and implementation of Business Application Delivery Platform Software.
  • Participate hands-on in code reviews, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and extension of our suite of Open-Source Accelerators for rapid setup of engineering teams at high technical maturity.
  • Participate in pre-sales pursuits, understanding client needs, building rapport, crafting and presenting visions, and influencing decisions to partner with our organization.
  • Assess and size the scope of work, determining team size and composition, and ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
  • Craft agreements for successful client relationships.
  • Help build local DevSecOps Platform capabilities by attracting and growing diverse talent.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience across DevSecOps, software development, and cloud-native technologies.
  • 10 years of experience in hands-on expertise in architecture and implementation of software delivery platforms.
  • 5 years of experience in strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • 3 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and pre-sales activities.
  • 5 years of experience in ability to attract and grow diverse talent pools.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation and influence ability.
  • Strategy and implementation of modern software delivery life cycle, continuous delivery and quality, infrastructure, configuration, pipeline, and policy as code, infrastructure and software security, site reliability, cloud and software migration and modernization, agile development.
  • Preferred or comparable languages, scripts, DSLs: Python, GO, TypeScript, HCL, HEML, REGO, CDKs, Bash.
