Job Summary

A successful Business Development Manager at Stryten Energy will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across national accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in major account sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and develop talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across national accounts.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
4. Develop and deliver sales reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in major account sales or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to motivate and develop talent in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven track record of success in sales growth and customer relationship building.
