Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

At QIMA, we are on a mission to provide our clients with innovative solutions to ensure the quality and safety of their products. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client portfolios, acquiring new clients, nurturing customer relationships, and promoting additional services to existing clients. You will work closely with the Operations and Marketing Teams to drive large-scale projects and increase market awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and acquire new clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in fairs and exhibitions
  • Nurture prospective clients and maintain consistent and open communication to successfully close deals
  • Promote additional services to existing clients to ensure they leverage the solutions provided by QIMA optimally
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing Teams to drive large-scale projects and increase market awareness
  • Monitor market trends and establish competitive advantages to ensure effective use of analytics in achieving ambitious sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in B2B sales with a minimum experience of 1 year
  • Solid command over the English language
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage schedules autonomously and delegate and guide internal teams effectively
  • Proven track record in sales with a talent for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as managing a client portfolio
  • Remarkable negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact in various cultural scenarios

  • Monthly gross base salary of $15,000 MXN (adjusted to $20,000 MXN per month after 3 months)
