Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Supervisor to join our team at 253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. This role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely completion of planned maintenance visits, and optimizing routing for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Plan and schedule maintenance visits to minimize downtime and optimize routes
  • Monitor and control field operations costs, including CMII
  • Manage technician timesheets and payroll validation
  • Coordinate with sales personnel to validate service contract technical terms
  • Investigate accidents and follow company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting
  • Authorise replacement and manage technician tools, vans, phone/PDA, and instruments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
