**About the Role**

As a Guest Environment Expert, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and ensuring the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards
  • Ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
  • Be on your feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work
