**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Courtyard. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the high standards of Marriott International.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and amenities
  • Participate in shift meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
