Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our fast-growing Administration team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or customer service, prior transportation industry experience is an asset. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating our customer rate table
  • Reviewing and approving payables discrepancies
  • Involved with general business audits of our operations and customers to review accuracy and outline gaps
  • Other tasks as assigned, including administrative support, customer service support, dock administration or operations support

Requirements

The successful candidate will have sound analytical and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is required. Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
