**About this Opportunity**

At Ericsson, we're committed to making a mark in the mobile world. As a Service Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance activities, dispatching and logistics, and resolving customer work orders to their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure services are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
  • Receive and resolve customer work orders to their satisfaction, providing meaningful status on repair and/or restoration activity.
  • Assign, dispatch, and coordinate activities for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure customer communications are working at 100% for 50 countries around the world.
  • Support customer work orders, corrective and preventive maintenance activities, and deal with logistics topics such as RMA, material, and telecommunications device deliveries and returns.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Engineers or administrative talent with a degree in Telecom or IT (or related field).
  • Minimum years of experience: At least 1 or 2 years in Service Desk or Customer Service.
  • Advance communication English skills (90% or more).
  • Ability to work under pressure with a great service attitude.
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
  • Team work skills, working with people.
  • Follow instructions & procedures and propose process improvements.
  • Availability to roll shifts.
  • Desirable: Excel intermediate and programming skills (basic or intermediate level).
