About the Role
The Soho Support Coordinator will be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Soho House & Co.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to member queries via telephone and email, adhering to departmental SLA's.
- Offer a proactive service to our diverse membership, including membership administration, club and restaurant enquiries, and table reservations.
- Utilize Salesforce, GEM, and Open Table database to create, look up, and update records for current and potential members.
- Process new member and member renewal payments via credit card, Direct Debit, Sepa, and bank transfer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company/legal guidelines.
- Support other departments with information requests and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Support or Soho Support Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least one year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a membership environment.
- Experience working to personal and departmental targets, SLA's, and KPI's.
- Enthusiasm for providing first-class customer service and experience communicating in a friendly but professional manner in fluent English.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office packages, and accuracy in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn and progress.
