Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full AR process, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.
- Maintain accurate aging reports and monitor overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track renewal timelines and upsell opportunities.
- Analyze and track customer data related to contract renewals, churn, and upsell conversion.
- Support month-end close activities related to AR.
- Assist with improving billing workflows and documentation.
- Partner with the Finance and Ops teams to resolve billing issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or accounting.
- Experience in a software, recurring revenue, or subscription-based company.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with accounting and invoicing tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
