Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join their team in Juarez, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and be able to develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions
  • Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, drive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities
  • Support business/ scenario planning (12-24 month horizon), inventory, impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning)
  • Partner with manufacturing and production planning team to drive volume and mix requirements
  • Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels
  • Support preparation of master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing
  • Provide weekly and daily production prioritization
  • Create and maintain data integrity report to ensure clean planning signals
  • Resolve Account Payable Issues

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
  • An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, and Engineering is preferred
  • Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable

**Preferred Skills:**

  • A minimum of 3 (3) years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required
  • High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset
  • Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) is preferred
  • Demand, Supply or Inventory Planning experience is preferred
  • Experience with SAP (ERP/APO) is preferred
  • Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management & inventory entitlement, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process is preferred
