**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Flow Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying Lean Logistics Strategies to ensure efficient material flow throughout our manufacturing plant.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP)/Logistics Parts List to optimize material replenishment flows and minimize costs

• Collaborate with planning, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams to define material safety stock, supplier ordering quantities, and packaging configurations

• Optimize on-site and off-site storage and frequency of milk runs to improve replenishment velocity and minimize costs

• Investigate opportunities to minimize, standardize, and automate material handling operations within the plant

• Develop investment proposals for solutions to address material handling opportunities

• Manage a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance on Lean Logistics manufacturing principles

• Deploy JCMS standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team

• Lean Training (Green Belt preferred)

• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

• Strong desire for learning and benchmarking
