Regional Sales Account Director

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Account Director to develop long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, maximize lead conversion and revenue generation opportunities, and actively seek new business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within assigned accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Revenue Generation: Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability, including identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an active sales funnel or pipeline for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, and prioritization, as well as forecasting and reporting on sales performance.

Staff Training: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to internal staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to support account growth and retention.

Account Management: Develop and execute account plans, monitor and address customer issues and concerns, and act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications and inquiries.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of the customer experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and two to three years of experience as a sales manager, with three to five years of customer management experience and a proven track record of positive customer revenue generation.
