About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
- Manage guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
