We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer III to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's maintenance systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and maintain maintenance inventory.
- Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
