Position: Buyer 2

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in the electronics sector, preferably with expertise in Agility programs (VMI, VCI, MIN / MAX, etc.)
  • A minimum of 3 years in a full-level role
  • A results-driven and trustworthy approach
  • Proactivity and a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Full-time availability
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management
  • Advanced skills in Numerical Analysis

Education Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Language Proficiency:
- English: Oral and written proficiency of at least 90%

In this role, you will work independently, coordinating purchasing activities and processing purchase requisitions promptly. Utilizing MRP systems and/or manual requisitions, you will analyze demand to assess needs, issue RFQs for pricing and availability, and monitor supplier delivery performance. You will also negotiate pricing, volume, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include processing RMAs, expediting orders, and rescheduling as necessary to meet production demands. You will be accountable for resolving accounts payable/accounts receivable issues through thorough analysis and investigation.

Additionally, you may research alternative suppliers for obsolete or long lead-time components.
