About the Role
The Transfer Pricing Manager will be a key member of our global transfer pricing team at Warner Bros. Discovery. This role will focus on transfer pricing documentation and planning projects, as well as supporting other transfer pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced transfer pricing professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of global transfer pricing documentation.
- Assisting with global transfer pricing planning projects and implementing new intercompany structures.
- Addressing ad hoc transfer pricing issues in support of internal stakeholders.
- Supporting external tax and transfer pricing audits.
- Internal team management and administrative activities, e.g., recruitment and management of interns.
Requirements
- 6+ years of transfer pricing experience.
- BS/ BA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- MBA or equivalent certification a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with US and OECD transfer pricing regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with and explain complex TP concepts to cross-functional business partners and external advisors.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while showing attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of media industry.
- Exposure to US international tax principles.
