Position Overview:
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead the Food & Beverage Division with vision, integrity, and quality, driving long-term growth and profitability for the division and hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and objectives.
- Manage labor and operating expenses effectively, focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular guests and cultivate new patrons through effective marketing and personal connections.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Planning Committee to design menus, wine lists, and amenities that meet exceptional product quality at a fair price.
- Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met, attending regular meetings to facilitate effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Embody the Golden Rule, working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
