Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst Extern to join our team at Chiesi Group. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis to maximize and guarantee availability of our products at the correct points of sale.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop business insights based on data for all Business Units across the Affiliate.
- Manage audits and data platforms for insights generation, delivering on-time decision making.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee replenishment by following up on purchase orders to ensure product availability at the right points of sale.
- Conduct inventory analysis to maintain or reduce proper levels.
- Collaborate closely with customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Work in high collaboration with internal areas: commercial, sales, and marketing.
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and service improvement.
- Develop intelligent reporting based on the needs of each area (commercial, marketing, sales) to ensure better decision-making.
- Support Business Intelligence in the forecasting process by working closely to determine sales objectives.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Business Intelligence.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in English (ability to communicate internally and externally), MS Office (specifically Excel), retail link (desirable), forecasting tools, customer service orientation, planning and/or sales, and Power BI is essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively across many internal customers, along with strong analytical skills, is also required.
