Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will coordinate and administer various programs and activities covering multiple HR functions. This position may oversee the coordination of employee compensation, recruitment, and employee relations programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee files are up-to-date and compliant with company and local regulations.
  • Administer hourly wage structure and supervise procedures followed by supervisors.
  • Manage day-to-day labor relations situations.
  • Assist with posting employment opportunities.
  • Maintain current HR policies.
  • Responsible for the Headcount Report.
  • Responsible for Cafeteria and transportation weekly reports.
  • Coordinate social events such as picnics, Christmas parties, and other company-wide gatherings.
  • Administer anniversary gifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Labor Law and applicable regulations knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
