About the Position
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, internal employees, and carrier partners to resolve billing-related issues. You will conduct thorough research to identify the root cause of discrepancies, provide clear explanations, and suggest solutions to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Billing Research and Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations to resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Develop effective communication strategies to explain discrepancies, provide solutions, and build trust with customers.
- Dispute Submission: Prepare and submit disputes to carrier partners for resolution, maintaining regular follow-up with customers until resolution is achieved.
- Credit Request Submission: Submit credit requests for customers and sales staff as necessary.
Qualifications
A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, Management, or other business-related fields preferred. 0+ years of billing, collections, logistics, or related experience is also desirable.
