**Facilities Operations Manager**

**Job Summary**

As a CBRE Facilities Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, track their training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Prepare and manage large and high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  • Perform facility inspections to ensure quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
