**Job Summary:**

The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will oversee a range of disciplines, including Lease Administration, Portfolio Management, Facilities/Property, and Transaction Management. This role will provide oversight and leadership for maintenance activities, ensuring plant metrics are satisfactorily achieved.

**Responsibilities:**

Determine and implement short and long-term maintenance strategies in coordination with the plant leadership team.

Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for predictive and preventative maintenance activities.

Provide leadership and direction for plant maintenance during routine, predictive, preventative, emergency, and outage maintenance activities.

Develop and sustain Maintenance Data Integrity (MDI) for maintenance and facilities processes.

Act as the nucleus between Engineering, Safety, and Environmental teams to facilitate implementation of projects.

Provide leadership on capital spend, including identifying cost savings opportunities.

Coordinate and direct supervision of subcontractors to ensure safety, cost control, and quality assurance.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or similar).

10+ years' experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing.

Previous experience in a team leadership role is mandatory.

Knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance.

Fluent English language writing and speaking skills.

Finance and cost management skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of operations and maintenance in a manufacturing setup.
