Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • CMMS Administration: Administer our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule and track maintenance activities, and to ensure that all maintenance data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Utility Management: Manage all utilities, including electricity, water, and gas, to ensure that they are used efficiently and that all costs are minimized.
  • Reliability Maintenance: Develop and implement reliability maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure that all facility-related activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all contractors understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and that all permits and applications are properly obtained and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or facilities management.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Advanced English skills, ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and ability to administer a CMMS.
