**Job Summary**:

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices in Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and support business-related activities for marketing and advertising of healthcare products.
  • Ensure labeling and claims of packaging materials for health and consumer products comply with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM-137-SSA1 current edition).
  • Manage regulatory documents, including technical and legal documents for registration activities.
  • Compile, prepare, and submit dossiers for registration purposes under the supervision of Regulatory Affairs Coordinators.
  • Develop Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for regulatory activities related to healthcare and consumer products.

**Requirements:**

  • College degree in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, medical, biomedical, biochemical areas, or related to chemistry (BSc) or science career.
  • Professional License Number and certificate issued.
  • Advanced English language skills to perform activities assigned as Regulatory Affairs Jr. Coordinator.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs and documentation activities for medical devices.
