Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of EMS plans aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Drive the education and development of skills and competencies among plant and functional leadership to ensure effective implementation of EMS.
  • Identify and implement digital technologies to enhance continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain robust sustainable lean processes to improve baseline performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and continuous improvement of EMS principles, tools, and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading lean and continuous improvement implementations.
  • Lean experience and certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize key process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
