We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Compliance Manager to join our team at Caterpillar Inc. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations, including the Mexican customs law and international trade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant customs laws and regulations.

2. Coordinate Free Trade Agreement paperwork and monitoring to ensure it is up-to-date.

3. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure compliance performance.

4. Conduct internal audits to identify and address potential compliance issues proactively.

5. Work with customs authorities to resolve compliance-related issues and avoid penalties.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in international trade, law, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customs compliance, international trade law, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Mexican customs laws and international trade regulations.

Proficiency in managing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English for international communications.
